"I saw a rug burn thing on his forehead." Corey Micciolo's first-grade teacher testifies in the #TreadmillAbuseMurderTrial "I saw bruises on his cheek." She stated that she would communicate with #ChristopherGregor and Breanna Micciolo via an app teachers use to text parents during the school day.

Can your panel explain the following: • prior bad acts can’t come in yet Gregor’s parents can come in like some kind of shiny reputation to rub onto Gregor’s terrible behaviour and history? • Grandparents or rather now just Grandpa portrays an image of a caring household where GRANDPA WAS DOING ALL THE THINGS • next issue, how come Corey’s mother’s past can be used when police investigated both parents and laid charges against Gregor. Corey’s mother was found to be not guilty of offences against Corey in the investigation into his death. Gregor being able to stare at Bre Micciolo while she testified, knowing that he has caused her the most harm of any other person in the world just felt wrong. First he SA’s a 16 year old Bre while he’s 21 and had a long standing girlfriend. Then he bullied her wanting her to abort Corey. It’s no wonder she sought relief from trauma in drugs as so many do. Gregor’s parent’s and Gregor then pursued custody of Corey at 5 years old because DNA proved Gregor was the father. Where is that family’s conscience. Can they not do the math? Can the courts that ordered the DNA test not do the math. 16 year old girl. 21 year old man. Besides that, Gregor isolated Corey from his family by wanting control of parenting Corey. The injuries escalated. Finally, why is the Defence attorney allowed to speak to every witness like they are guilty of something? Where is the professional conduct? In order for Gregor to look good everyone else that actually cared has to look bad. It’s ugly to watch. I don’t know how he sleeps at night. Can’t the judge admonish him for that level of bullying?

Where in the video did the school report child abuse? As a mandatory reporter in the state where I live, the teacher should have reported the abrasion on Cory’s the forehead, and other injuries that she and other teachers saw on Cory for a couple of weeks. Where I live, the school staff aren’t supposed to ask the child questions when child abuse is suspected. The school staff should immediately report suspected child abuse to the property authorities. All school staff, daycare providers and preschool workers are trained how to report suspected child abuse. The teachers should not have been talking to each other about Cory’s injuries and debating what to do. Mandatory reporters where I live who do not report suspected child abuse are subject to a criminal misdemeanor. The teacher on the stand and other school staff who suspected child abuse and did not report it, where I live, would have criminal convictions and not allowed to teach children.

Yes, I am a preschool teacher and we are required to watch mandated child abuse training videos at the beginning of each school year. This should always be every present. It is fine to discuss concerns with others, but the decision is completely on your own to decide whether to call based on your gut. It’s always good to report, if you feel called, as it gives a story over time. Sometimes the small concerns add up over time.

When Coreys dad said what do I need to do for Corey to attend virtually, he was talking about the time he (convenient excuse) needed to isolate because of potential exposure of germs in a crowd. This lawyer is nitpicking AND throwing shade "because you were so concerned (about the bruising) that you talked to others about it (but did not get clarification about the virtual learning during the vacation time). Listen lawyer, this teacher is not the person on trial. And she is legally obligated to report issues with children that raise red flags. If she had seen all this bruising and not talked to others about it, she would be considered at fault as well.

Well fig you’ve never lost a child then you’d really never know, the fact is no parent who’s just lost a child ever wants to leave the housee far less go on a few holidays with the girlfriend. Corey was an inconvenience to this man but he was too stuborn to let his father, who is a bit of a bully, raise Corey. he know doubt had more time for this little boy than he did with Christopher as he was now retired. I think it was his father that wanted a grandson & made him take on the responsibility so I think he hurt ended up killing this beautiful little boy because he resented or even hated his mother. To hear he actually got Bree pregnant at the age of 16 which is eyebrow raising, I dare say his father wasn’t pleased !! Bree didn’t want him to know about Corey as he wanted her to have an abortian she said no & off he went for 4yrs & he never told his family about Corey from the start so he robbed his parents of an additional 4yr with their grandson, I’d never forgive him

Would you agree, Mr. Gallucci, that Corey being dead in New Jersey and Chris in Tennessee is clearly not a vacation in Key West? Mr. Gallucci, would you agree that you think the whole world is too stupid to understand that your client is guilty? Sir, you just keep digging that hole deeper for Chris. He didn't go to Key West, he didn't have a plan to go to Key West, he did not have the usual trip planning guides that most people go by. No hotel or AirBnB reserved, no plane tickets, nothing that normal people would do. So Mr. Gallucci, your client lied about going to Key West. Ms Peace did a great job, she is a wonderful teacher, noticing a change and making her concerns heard. I wish all teachers would be like her. yep they are directly responsible for that baby's death.directly and personally responsible for that childs death. already knew that his son was a convicted violent felon with specific child abvse and r4pe convictions. several convictions in several states. he lost his teaching job and real estate license because he wasn't allowed near children. this cop knew his son was a convicted violent s3x 0ffender and child abvser, knew that Cory's mom was once a child victim of his son, that Cory himself was the result of said child r4pe by his full grown man baby. this child's mom didn't have a single criminal charge despite how much they play up the fact that she now 27 briefly experimented with drugs before she turned 20, directly because of the abvse and trauma carrying a delivering a r4p3 baby as a child herself caused her. she expiriemented with drugs for less of a time than what it took his son to rack up all those violent, s3xual, child avse convictions. to clarify, not allegations, not charges, proved beyond a reasonable doubt by an honorable judge in a court of law CONVICTED. despite this retired cop fully knowing that his son wasn't even legally allowed near children because of his numerous numerous numeroouuusss convictions, this man still demanded and did everything in his power with his excessive wealth and undeserved title to hire the best of the best attorneys, to hound harrass and continue to abuse this child's abvsed impoverished mom and only family. this man was fully well aware of his son's convictions, he was at all the hearings. and he still bought him a fvcking mansion to put it up next to her basement apartment to make her look (in their own words) trashy, poor, and unstable. Cory lived 5 beautiful safe sane and healthy years with his mother and grandparents. not a whisper of concern from any doctor, teacher, friend, not the slightest bump on the head, not so much as a broken arm from falling off a jungle gym. meets dad and is dead in under a year. meets dad and was so beaten and battered that there were over 100 seperate visible injuries that she documented and reported each time in less than a year. the emergency room doctor told her the day before her son died to not bring him back to that man, that man continued to threaten her until she folded out of fear of alienation, did some of you never read his texts mere hours before Cory died? did you not watch the video? how the fvck does anybody pointing out how this failure of a cop directly caused Cory's death make anyone other than the dead kids paternal family look bad? Cory would've never met these strangers if his grandfathers money, title, and insistence didn't put him there. they couldn't stand the thought of their picture perfect king of suburban america little convict having a "trashy baby mama" that he "has to pay child support to" nuh uh, not someone with their family name, they cant have the trashy poors raising their first *sniffle sniffle* first *wipes away pretend tear* their first grandson gosh darn it! hes gonna be raised to be a REAL man like this convict father! cauze they clearly did it right the first time (sarcasm) this convicted violent s3x offender hated this child because he knew he had to pretend to love him in public to make it believable to the court that he actually wanted custody, he never did he just wanted control, he couldn't even pretend to love care or want that child for a month before starting to beat him with bats and poles, called this six year old baby fat and slammed him over and over and over again. couldn't pretend to have empathy, concern, love or a genuine desire for a relationship for a full year without murdering that kid. this man knew every last detail of this, and should have been FORCED to watch his son abvse cory on that treadmill. forced to watch his convict BITE THAT CHILD ON THE FVCKING HEAD BECAUSE HE KNEW HIS HAIR WOULD COVER IT. that man deserves to be forced to watch that video immediately after waking up in the morning and immediately before falling asleep for the rest of his fvcking life. i would maybe MAYBE be more sympathetic if this man finally admitted his sons abuse, if he didnt get on that stand to testify in his sons behalf, if he didnt continue to defend his son even after he finally mvrdered a child. but he did. he should be forced to watch what he caused. wouldnt surprise me if he did the same himself. grandma should be forced to watch that video daily too. the audacity for that woman to cry and whine on the stand about "threats" after this childs death. "threats" that the judge made a point to clarify were nothing more than "your son will be investigated for murder." she got up on that stand and pretended to be a victim because they told her that her son will be charged AGAIN. cried about legitimate wanted posters. no THEY were the real victims. not the child r4p3 victim who kept the pregnancy and did everything right by that boy, not the grandparents that imediatly stepped in and stepped up when mom needed more support, and not the dead baby boy that died under the care of their already convicted violent s3x offender and child abvser 8 times over, and now finally child mvrderer. makes me sick. wonder how many more bodies that family have.

The defense attny's defense is that Gregor 1. provided bare minimum basic parenting (clothed him, provided school supplies, and drove him to school). And 2. Was "interested in his school", by creating a "system to communicate" about it, aka thumbs up or thumbs down, which in fact sounds like a parent who is seeking out reasons to punish a child. Asking simply for a "thumbs down" is not at all asking about how Corey was doing in school, or what could be done to help Corey, but was asking "was my kid bad". Gregor wanted to find excuses to punish him, end of story. This attny is constantly proving what a terrible father & person Gregor was/is, and I'm genuinely baffled at what his strategy is.

Here is another interesting thought. Corey did have bruises. Some were visable even when he was clothed. Some were seen when he was at the doctors or seen by police/child services when they looked under his clothes. It is very interesting he was sent to school in long sleeve clothing on hot days. I think we can figure out why. On those days he was inappropriately dressed for hot weather, it is quite likely this was done to cover up bruises.

The treadmill video and medical examiner’s autopsy findings are all that’s needed for the jury to say GUILTY. The video shows how violent and unrelenting. The autopsy showed that Corey died from a tear, so “ripped” from the INSIDE of the chamber of his little ventricle of his heart which is a very unusual injury and would force (incomprehensible). In addition at the same time he had bleeding from his liver and injury to his lung, none of which sustained during cpr. As a previous ER triage nurse Corey was alert fit and well at 9am and what we would call a GCS of 15 when he was dropped off by his mother to his father. Corey received the injury he died from those hours he was with his father, in a fit of rage he has done the unthinkable. He has done even worse than the treadmill if that was even possible. As the medical examiner so expertly testified the so called sepsis inflammation the desperado defense keep blaming Corey’s death for is completely different inflammation response to injury inflammation that the body produces. Also that fact that precious Corey was vomiting, pale, hard to wake is a very serious sign his body was preparing itself for immediate survival. The body shuts down all unnecessary organs to keep the brain, lung and heart going which is why people often lose bowel function or vomit prior to a cardiac arrest for example. The pale ashy colour of the skin and lethargic sleepiness is a desperate bid by the body to pool the blood from arms, legs just to the heart and brain. My heart and prayers go to Corey you darling cherub❤ no one can hurt you now, Corey’ mum complete strangers feel your pain, Jurors see the truth for justice, Judge do what presiding privilege means and sentence this child torturer/killer the maximum. So heartbreakingly tragic for an innocent little boy 😢

What does going to Key West have to do with Corey's death?

His father claimed to the teacher that Cory was on vacation with him in Key West....but in reality he was trying to hide Cory's bruises by keeping him home from school.

It’s annoying that his lawyer keeps questioning about the trip and being in school virtually. Wtf does it matter? At the end of the day his lawyer can yell and talk to people like they are assholes but his client will still be found guilty

@@Juanita-gf4teThe Key West vacation was meant to be during the Easter break but Corey passed away on good friday. Chris kept Corey at home the week before the Easter holidays but he was doing his lessons virtually. The teacher did say that she saw bruises during the virtual lessons

Why is this bonehead defense attorney picking on that poor teacher? Just to win an argument about what a vacation means to her. It just puts him in a bad light with the jurors. He is coming across as a bully.

I watched on Law & Crime Network, they had Johnny Depp's lawyer (a very good lawyer) on there to react to Gregor's lawyer. And he said he thought it wasn't smart at all the way he treated another witness. And basically thought it made him unlikable. This one is even worse. What is his strategy here smh

The teacher is certainly a key witness. Chris should be very worried with this women’s testimony. Long sleeves frequently in warm weather and bruises were something she was very aware and concerned about. Chris you don’t look to innocent! I’m sure he’s going away for murder of his precious 6 year old son! Sickening😢

The defense attorney is such a tool ! What does he think he's accomplishing by acting hostile towards all the witnesses for the prosecution? If I was on the jury, I would be swayed even more against the defendant by this behavior!

The issue is about the bruising not the days Corey is on vacation or not. The defense lawyer did not focus on the timeline Corey had the bruising.

45:09 No he didn’t say Corey was out of state with the other parent. He said he was IN CONTACT with the other parent’s family who had been out of state to attend a mass gathering. This was during Covid so what he was saying is that Corey could have been exposed to Covid. Defense is twisting his words

It’s all on video. There is no way that he can get away with this, he has no emotions he’s heartless. There’s nothing there.
