Hello sir, E02 error is written on the screen of the dynamic sole plus brand model treadmill that I am using at home. The treadmill stops after running for a short time and the E02 error message appears on the screen. When I disconnect the treadmill's motor from the circuit board, I can read the voltage from the card outputs. However, when the motor is connected, it operates for a short time. It opens the output by pulling the relay, but after a while, the relay returns to its previous position and closes the motor output. What is your advice on this matter?

Hello run the unit if you can with no one on it. If it works with out user then the belt is worn causing the controller to overheat. Also let me know the amps it draws . I think you will need a clamp type meter for this I have a couple different videos on this.

​@@FitnessTechnologyServicesThank you for your reply. The treadmill gives the same error even without a load without getting on it. I also tried to run it outside without a load by separating the treadmill motor and the start, stop and speed adjustment buttons on the arms from the machine. It works for a short time and gives the E02 error code. However, It works for a long time from time to time. However, when I turn off the treadmill and start it again, it stops working in a short time and gives the E02 error. I think the problem is caused by the electronic motor driver card. Finally, there is one more thing I want to say. I disconnected the motor from the motor driver card and replaced it with a 220 volt powered one. When I connect a bulb, the result is the same. The lamp turns on for a short time, then the relay turns off its output.
