I traveled many Countries in the past 30 years ago I quite often got asked where was my favored Place, well place was India, but favorite/ BEST people were always Turkish people. After and watching your videos I know I was right, they are great people.

Otherwise noone would get free vaccines and country would have already started to ask loans from world bank and stuff, since pandemic times are the worst times for economies

It was great to have him back ... when we found out (he did not tell us) that it was his birthday ... we could not believe it !! That seems great! You know what? You need to plan a trip to Gaziantep (the gastronomy capital of Turkey) for the best ever Turkish food! Including more than 400 dishes, Gaziantep cuisine is very famous in Turkey (it is also included in UNESCO Creative Cities Network as a city of gastronomy) and people go there just to eat delicious food :)

There are so many kind of keşkek type in Turkey that i see a new type in this video. Actually real keşkek is cooked slowly abaout ten hour in a stone owen with dried salty cow bone and weath in a cuper pan.

In my hometown, we don't use blender, we mash wheat in a deep pot by using only a big wooden spoon. According to some beliefs, a boy must mash the wheat until it is super smooth, if he wants to get married. Otherwise, he is not allowed to get married. Great channel by the way. I love Manti. In some places the manti sauce is made with butter, tomato paste, a little bit water and red pepper powder. I like this variant more than just with butter and red paprika powder. Garlic should definitely be added to the yogurt. You should also sprinkle dried mint and sumak on manti, then it looks and tastes perfect. I also like Etli Nohut. However, I prefer the thicker version. I would therefore put a little more tomato paste in it and a little less water. Etli Nohut tastes best with Pilav (Turkish-style rice)
