Darari doesn't have an MV. The MV that you saw listed with 2million views is a fanmade thing. This song was originally meant to be a bside for Jikjin, but it blew up in popularity on tiktok. So then they filmed this dance practice after the song became so popular. Because of Darari's popularity, it got a rock version as well on a different mini album. The rock version got a performance video. But the original Darari is still the most popular.
