Treasure hunting, more crystals and fluorite, Colorado 2018 - what do gold dirt rocks look like?

Rockhounding with Bigfoot

6 жыл бұрын

No music in this one, there is a magical blue crystal cave however with a little pond in it and hundreds of blue and clear crystals. Its just for fun, the majority of the video is learning, talking and sharing on rocks and minerals, treasure hunting and rock hounding. I could use some input on if this looks like a good area to be hunting for gold. The quartz doesn't look right to me, for gold, but the red dirt and orange and black on the rocks?

Of course the best are found in Arkansas but quartz is super common and can be found most places in the US in different forms as well. Many many minerals are only quartz but a different color.

Until I found this channel I had no idea you can find crystals in tree pockets. Is this something you can find any where in the world or just in America? I live in England do we have tree pockets that form crystals like this here? If not how or why is that possible ? I mean the world is full of trees and guessing we all have the same elements in the soil to form these crystals, perhaps we don't but would love to know how this is possible.

Gold it's tricky but usually massive white quartz and weathering pyrite are better indicators than what I've seen you digging.
