It’s perfect! ❤ This display is such a great idea, and I think it showcases your crazy Huggins Inktober just beautifully. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity. If you do tangle around it - I’d love to see that too!

Thanks. I've some some things in mind for that. Will certainly share with you if I get that far.

Love your Treasure Map Treatment, will try it on something else as I already framed mine! Love seeing your pear 🍐 eating dog 🐕 so cute! 🤩

LOL! Yes Bellina is a hoot. These pears are soooo hard and unpalletable for us - they use them for making cider. Anyway- I will put that idea on my list to show you another little project with the torn edges. Just try it out on something that is a sketch or scrap to get a feel for it.

Your flower boxes were still so beautiful- it’s so sad to pull them down but winter is fast approaching. Thank you again for the snippets of life in Austria, you’ve pushed it all the way to no. 1 on my places to go list tho it’s a long drive from England. I did my inktober tangle in a book but I’m definitely going to try the treasure map treatment on something because it looks a lot of fun! Thanks for all the inspiration.

Thanks for your kind words. I know - I nearly cried over the flowers. But I brought as many inside as would fit and am trying to winter over about a dozen geraniums. I just don't have the space to store them where they wouldn't freeze. But I returned them to the earth and appreciate all the months of beauty they gave us. Do try that treatment in one of your multimedia projects for a sketchbook. Really fun!

Thank you. I enjoyed doing this with you, even though I am a beginner. I used the back of last year's 12 days of tangle paper, so I probably won't tear it.
@botangle494611 ай бұрын
Glad you liked it. Try tearing something else. You'll see how satisfying it is!

Very pretty! Not sure I caught what you put on the Davy board to create that beautiful effect. I think I’ll try the treasure map treatment but will be a little scared to start the tearing process as I love my Inktober piece

I used Lindy's Magical Shaker pigments. There is a link with more "how to" in the description. Just practice first. But I understand that you don't want to ruin your beautiful piece after all that work!

Marvelous, I adore your art. Do you think that "Inktober tangles " is ok to be drawned on an A3 paper please? I don't have enough place in my appartement. Sorry for my bad english, I'm french who never speake in english. Thank you to answer me. 😊 Anne
@botangle494611 ай бұрын
Absolutely! You'll just have to make the Crazy Huggins string smaller. That means smaller tangling, which can be challenging. But you can uss fine pen tips, like 005.

Born in the tropics, I need to ask: why don't you try saving your flowers by bringing them inside? Will they still die?
@botangle494611 ай бұрын
I did save many of them. And I'm wintering over about a dozen geraniums. I just don't have the space where they won't freeze in winter. It did break my hear to take down those beautiful flowers. But they went back to the earth and I a was thankful for the beauty they gave us for so many months.
