The droopy eyes and lack of appetite could indicate a fever, coupled with the cough could be shipping fever (I don't know what the pig equivalent is called) or the start of pneumonia. Definitely keep an eye on him. If you want to go the natural route garlic and oregano are your friends, nature's antibiotics.

We choose not to chemical deworm our breeding stock especially. We want stock that is naturally hardy, that way they pass that toughness on to their offspring.
