Speaking at the dinner in celebration of the 50thh anniversary of diplomatic ties between Malaysia and China in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday (June 19) night, Chinese Premier Li Qiang said both nations have treated each other with sincerity which has brought the two even closer.
“To name 2024 the Year of China-Malaysia Friendship is of special significance. The word “friendship” carries great weight and it's something especially precious today in a world fraught with changes and turbulence,” he said.

For those who questioned about the language barrier, each and everyone has a translator that translate beside them or an ear piece which leads to translating every words spoke by the individuals. Obviously there's no language barrier in between. This has been a system for years in every country just like Malaysia.

Politics make for strange bedfellows. Kalau rapat dengan Barat, nanti diorang nak install LGBTQ+ la, ikut UN allignment dengan Israel la, etc. Kalau dengan China, kena hadap soft power diorang, 9-dash line, ciplak tanah, etc. Yang penting kena bijak navigate geopolitik. Kalau boleh, bangsa Malaysia kena lagi bijak lahirkan generasi pakar yang dorong ke negara kita boleh self-sustained.
