Wonder if this would help with tinnitus and issues with sudden hearing loss.
@thehowclinic2018Ай бұрын
I have seen it help with that in a small number of people who were having it done for some other reason. Plenty of patients have hoped it would help (again they had tinnitus but were having the procedure done for another reason) and been disappointed.

So informative. As an ER nurse I have times where I have a physical over reaction to the emergency. Way too much adrenaline dumping. Esp heart rate elevation and hands shaking while trying to work. After 30 years in the field I wonder why now. Why is it a problem now? If we are blocking the norepinephrine response would I still get a reasonable adrenaline response when I need it for emergency nursing?

Plz tell what is treatment of ptsd

Hard to say why it only is happening now. Super common for front line healthcare workers to have this issue. Short answer: You don't have a problem with it until you do. Some straw broke the camel's back. This procedure actually makes you better able to handle emergency situations. They studied it on special forces operators to answer this question.

It helps some patients with POTS. We don't have good data on it thought

Every 12 to 18 months!!??? Back to "it doesn't block"....while it may help someone get thru their present circumstances, if it is a default treatment and the individual doesn't learn nervous system regulation, or gets out of the environment that is causing their repeated trauma, it's basically getting medicated to continue the trauma.

Or to consider it part of a holistic treatment plan. Also Dr Adeel Khan uses the block alongside a peptide to genuinely reset the vagus nerve, and then recommends people do psychedelic therapy for a long term fix.
