a glucose monitor you might have seen someething really interesting you might have seen that black coffee no sugar in it actually creates sometimes a small glucose cpike now this is a graph showing you me drinking coffee versus Allan drinking coffee as you can see in Allen It creates abigger spike than in me so what does this actually mean well in some people coffee be releasing extra glucose in your bloodstream as a response to this stress and stress is something that's Very interesting personally I saw the biggestglucose spike I have ever in my body after giving a presentation in front of a lot of people and having a big rush of stress I saw

Lovers we are discussing you guessed it or coffee coffee coffee coffee coffee first things first coffee seems to be generally healthy good for you drink as long as you don't overdo it so generally a cup of coffee aday seems pretty fine uh personally I've recently cut down on my coffee consumption just because I'm Super sensitive to it and if I have even one cup of coffee in the morning at 8:00 a.m. then I have a harder time falling asleep at night but that'sjust me personally if you're a coffee lover and you drink coffee again seems to be generally safe studies show us that people who regularly consume coffee have a reduced risk of developing type 2 diabetes and scientists think that this could be due to two different mechanisms of action the first interesting one in that in the liver coffee has been shown to improve improve fat burning and lower the risk of naff non-alcoholic fatty liver disease which isincredibly common and second in the pancreas and this one I thinkis really interesting and cool coffee May reduce the stress of the mitochondria in your beta cells and your beta cells are the cells responsible for creating insulin so coffee may actually help them function more properly again this is a minor thing generally if you want to improve your health and your glucose levels and your insulin levels of course looking at Food first is going to be the solution but this is quite cool as well however interestingly if You've ever worn

Men aint trying to fill out a resume every time they want to go to work. Maybe women initiating more would lead to men having more patience to finish the job right. It's like asking a contractor to pay you for the opportunity to work for you. Only sounds good for one person

I’ve been mixing ground chicken with egg whites and herbs and eat 5 oz every morning with an egg. Lol. I front load in case I can’t get as much later. Nonfat Greek yogurt or oats mixed with protein makes getting protein easy.

epidemiology is to provide a foundation to test an association - you can't establish cause, but you can't have causal pathways if there is no association. Epidemiology is not real science but foundational data gathering. It is not what you base a theory on - it only allows for testing a possibly theory.

If you have one tablespoon of vinegar before eating something high in glucose, you can reduce the spike of that food by up to 30% .so in my case I probably want to eat acookie, but by havingar drink beforehand, I'm going to reduce the impact of that cookie on my physical and on my mental health, so this is one of my favorite tricks and in my book, it's all about vinegar in week two, and I have lots of really easy recipes To make. Vinegar mocktails vinegar, teas, vinegar dressings, lots of of easy ways To get it done. And then in the evening I will also have a veggie starter. somaybe because it's the evening I have like 5 minutes to cook something, some nice leeks or some baked fennel, some crispy kale leaves in the oven.

And then during dinner I love having like some nice big dish Of pasta, But again, because I have it after the Veggie sltarer, I'm reducing the impact of that on my body and I'm helping my health. And finally after dinner, I try to get 10 minutes of movement in.Now this can be just walking for 10 minutes doing the dishes or even aitting at my couch watching a TV show and just doing some calf raises. Now if You do oh,it's hard to do on the Chair, but basically you get what I'm saying. Like do some calf raises while sitting at your Couch and the muscles in your Calves as they contract will absorb some of the glucose molecuies and reduce the spike of that meal, so all in all I'm here to share with you really easy tips backed by amazing scientific studies done across the world that will fit in effortlessly into your days like gentle giants or good fairies and will help you heal and feel so much better. menopause symptoms and will help put in remission things like type two diabetes. so I hope you will join me in learning these amazing hacks That will transform your life in my new book, the Glucose Goddess Method.
