Dr. Abou-Alfa your brief presentation here is incredibly clear. You gave me clarity that has made me more informed and less depressed. You are simply the best Dr. I have had the opportunity to learn from. Thank you Doc!!!

A family member just got told about hepatocellular cancer Worst is doctors in india are so horrible in talking and they don’t want to speak humbly I hate doctors Their success has gone their heads Shameless If by mistake you want to mention about what another doctor says they get angry Or if you want to mention that the family member is so sick to travel to their office they will say it’s not their problem Instead of assuring nothing will happen etc Horrible horrible horrible I hate them Their faces and their tone of talking Their refusal to even talk about what some case had false positives If it could be lipoma as diagnosed before Just the way they talk And they all come with UK, US training Training my foot If doctors are not humble smiling and patient then they better get the hell Out of medical profession The first training for doctors should be in how to be humble down to earth and understand the nervousness of patients and their family and they will keep asking many questions that may sound stupid and they might ask again and again and doctors should get angry as many families don’t hear the answers as they are really tensed and hearing but still not hearing In india they don’t sit patient and family down speak to them and he will never never let the family talk They speak as if they mock the family And cut them off always They forget that they take money from us and the least they can do is talk properly

I'm sorry your having to go thru that. You should request a different doctor because they aren't all like that. I have one currently for my hair that is an arrogant ass as you describe. He didn't want to give me a test I requested so I went to a different doctor and got it right away. Turns out I was right. Try also putting your requests in writing. Hope you find a better doctor and things work out.

This happens in the countries where there is no malpractice rules and no med defense. In US, Canada & UK or Europe no doctor can afford to be arrogant or negligent. What kind of training have they had in the west if they haven’t learned how to deal with a patient, attend to his needs and wishes.

That is far from the truth unfortunately. There may be a bit more accountability but the arrogance is definitely there front and center many times. @@khaliddurrani6432

Very interesting video. I have gone through most of those treatment even an unsuccessful resection and still have a small portion of the tumor left. The next step is radiation which will be scheduled in the coming days. I was tested with non alcoholic fatty liver and did not know it was cancer at the time. I insisted for my Primary Care doctor to have a scan done because of the way I was feeling, which is how I knew I had I had cancer. In this video it is mention that not everyone who is tested with fatty liver needs to be scanned for cancer but I think you are wrong. I think everyone who is tested with fatty liver needs to have a scan done just to make sure. If you have any advise for I me I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Microwave ablation is probably more effective than other locally ablative techniques.
