Sir, I had a gum infection as per the dentist's advice, I went for deep cleaning two years ago, since then my all teeth especially the front upper and lower both sides got very sensitive. I cannot chew fruits or little hard food, cannot drink even tap water let alone cold. I feel sensitivity in my front teeth when it gets air. I went to the dentist, they did an x-ray on my teeth and told me that my enamel has worn out and exposed the roots of my teeth, which causes the sensitivity. Despite living in a superpower country of the United States, there is no cure or treatment for fixing or rebuilding my enamel. The home remedies you have mentioned in your video, I have already tried all of them, but nothing is effective in my case.
