Dr. I have bipolar disorder and BPD and going through depressive episode from last 7 months , i was admitted in NIMHANS for last 3 months i took tDCS , ketamine, ECTs but still im severely depressed that i attempted suicide 2 weeks before and was admitted in ICU . Now Dr i have lost hope that my depression is so severe i took all possible treatments and medications but its not going. Is my bipolar depression became treatment resistant depression? But i am taking medicines for last 2 years .
