Also, I think the five council fire/yellowhead belt needs more attention in Haudenosaunee circles. Folks are more aware of it in Anishinaabe circles, but it contains provisions for peace and friendship, as well as the dish with one spoon and clan responsibilities stretching from Baawiting to the Credit River.

Honestly I would like to see a video about land cession treaties. 1744 Treaty of Lancaster, 1768 Treaty of Fort Stanwix, and all the others. Looking at them with a critical lense makes sense to me.

Legally speaking each First Nation is an independant country; so those would not be internal treaties, any more than a treaty between two or more European countries is "internal". I don't know of any treaties among the six nations. Those, if existing, could be called internal treaties. Such may also be called "constitutional treaties" or "confederation treaties". At least at the formation of the Canadian Dominion it was styled as a confederation. Some might argue that changed in 1982.

Given that there are so many different indigenous Nations, across such a vast land area, how far does the Great Law travel? How many nations, West of the Beaver Bowl, would align with the Great Law in a NEW treaty agreement that encompasses the whole region of north Turtle Island? Could a new wampum be created that unifies ALL nations, with Nature and migrants, so that a governance option could be voted for in the future with ALLIES ?
