I always LOVE seeing such strong, unwavering cultural roots being proudly displayed and supported throughout the test of time. 💕💖💕 Seriously, it makes me wish that my people had the same pride and passion for our culture, instead of being shamed for 500 years to forget it... (I’m Mexican, American...more northern than the Aztecs, but more southern than traditional Native Americans from the USA) Indigenous Cultures are too beautiful for words. 💖

@@ryankanton Fiji was first inhabited by Lapita people's: It's science proven and 100 % facts!! Later large migrations of Melanesians arrived in 1000AD outnumbering the Lapita people's in Fiji, other lapita people's had already left for Sāmoa and Tonga 1500 years before christ existence, large migrations were still going on towards the eastern part of Polynesia. The tuiga's you see, which is a Sāmoan headpiece from the kingdom of Manu'a.The legend goes the Prince of Manu'a was trying to court the princess from Upolu, because he was unattractive and after trying with so many attempts, he had used the shells, fala and other materials around at the time to create what we know as a Tuiga. It soon became Teu Fa'aSāmoa really quickly. And that is the facts. Moreover this has nothing to do with Africa or your Melanesian, stop the trolling. Each part of Sāmoa has different attires from ie tóga's, valavala's, kiki fulufulumoa, lipene, lauti, fau, sei, pale's,etc..Ula fala, nifo, moso'oi etc..Selu tuiga, and many more. Many of Sāmoa's current attires originate from Manu'a,Upolu and Savai'i. Malofie Sāmoa is from Fitiuta,Manu'a facts. Seriously Melanesian people with Malofie get a life.Worry about poverty and ending civil war in Africa or Melanesia. In Sāmoa we never go hungry. We love our cultures it's truly Sāmoan and nothing else!! #Teu Fa'aManu'a #Teu Fa'aSāmoa #Manu'a #Sāmoa

Samoan people are known for their warm smiles and friendly personalities. They have a gift for welcoming and accepting just about anyone they meet. So it's no surprise that qualities such as hospitality, cooperation, respect, and consensus are highly valued in Samoan culture. Samoas travel through boats and through Islands and Islands to provide for their family. Were so called Sisters and brothers, you should appreciate having dark brown beautiful natural skin... We are brave and strong with highly respect!!

Beautiful, empowering and proud come to mind when watching this. Proud to be Samoan. Love your artistry and the spoken word at the beginning. Makes me miss my nan so much more but knowing that the strength she operated with in a foreign land has helped pave the way for me and my generation. Malo lava le galue 🇼🇸 🇳🇿
