Hi im not Samoan I am Puerto Rican but I grew up with a Samoan family. So yes I fully understand there language and I can reply to alot of things they say in Samoan. Every time I herd this song reminds me of my Aunty as I call her. So what I did was learn this song word per word and it took me 3 months but I did and now when I sing I sound more and more Samoan and I am very proud of saying I am Puerto Rican/ Samoan lol My next goal in life is to go to Western Samoa as soon as Corona Virus is over.

I’m not Samoan, but saw this video when I was living (over 15 years) in Samoa with my Samoan husband. The depth of emotion and feeling you poured into recording the song brought me to tears.
