Jake, I have a tree collard but it is short with a thin branch with green/purple leaves. Isn't the all green one like yours called a tree kale? I would love to have one of those all green ones... does anyone have a cutting to give me?

Why do Vegans always look a bit puny? Don't get me wrong, Jake is in good shape but he doesn't look like an athlete. I don't work out but rely on being active in the yard along with hiking, etc and am 200 lbs 6' 3". Very little fat and I eat tons of fat and animal fats (ketogenic).

It's a lack of inflammation. And you do fat plenty of fat on you, it's just in your arteries.

Jake practices kungfu and does not want to have big and heavy muscles that slows him down. Small lean muscles like Bruce Lee allowed him to move super fast but carries all the deadly blows with every moves, even with a one-inch punch. If you look at all the martial arts masters, none of them looks bulky like a body builder because if they'd look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, they'd be too heavy and slow to fight. Bulky, heavy muscles are just for looks, not useful in martial arts. Anyway, as for your fatty diet, you guys are going to be the first to starve to death in times of famine because only sweet potatoes and potatoes are the only two staple crops that can still grow in severe drought conditions. All the animals would have starved to death by that time. Humans are not going to share their precious sweet potatoes with the animals so that they can be fattened up so that people like you can eat their fats.
