Hey Bino, I have enjoyed your content. I have been cutting some large limbs off of some oak trees in the yard this last week. I have a 9/16 bull rope I was using. I used the uni knot to secure to the piece I was dropping and thought it worked very well. Cinched up tight and was easy to untie. What knot is usually used in this application?

For large wood I like to use a running Bowline with a half hitch.

Nice pruners & tree trimming advice! Have you seen/you should consider the Fiskars internal rope pruners/saw combo then just remove the saw & it's a handy telescoping pruner
