These are really insightful videos. I love learning about how the hop selection works. It’s “for the job” but a fun trip it seems. Also…love seeing some Bright beers back on the menu in Charlton. They’re my personal favorite line of TH brews.

I got a lot of spearmint from this years fresh Galaxy. I was the only one getting it on the nose which was odd. It’s definitely different to last year, both are amazing but both are completely different too

Watched this sipping a Vocation Hop Skip & Juice (citra and simcoe, no galaxy) and my gustatory glands have been enhanced. The only taste I enjoy being repeated when I burp

Im a new home brewer and have decided that Im going to make my next few beers be a single hops pale ale. Want to better understand the flavors that certain hops give.
