These are really insightful videos. I love learning about how the hop selection works. It’s “for the job” but a fun trip it seems. Also…love seeing some Bright beers back on the menu in Charlton. They’re my personal favorite line of TH brews.

I got a lot of spearmint from this years fresh Galaxy. I was the only one getting it on the nose which was odd. It’s definitely different to last year, both are amazing but both are completely different too

Im a new home brewer and have decided that Im going to make my next few beers be a single hops pale ale. Want to better understand the flavors that certain hops give. My first one is going to be with hallertau blanc my next is going to be with galaxy because f these videos. Thanks for the awesome videos.
