Seems like Tree of LIfe didn't really answer your question. I'm not a professional, but think for a minute about all the things he said. If you are putting real estate into a trust, then seems to me you retitle the property into the name of the trust making it the owner. Then inside the Trust you can stipulate how to handle the property and the daughter. That's what a lot of this video was about, changing your deed from the current owner to the Trust as the owner, not your dad, not his daughter, just the trust.

I'm pretty sure you are correct. If you retitled your property for the Trust, but then died in an accident on the way home from the County Deed office and hadn't yet created the Trust, that's a problem because the Trust is now the legal owner yet the Trust doesn't exist. Make the Trust first, and then "fund" the trust next.
