I bought the 5 last summer. Great bikes for sure. Coming from a Marlin 5 the upgrade was incredible. Getting ready to upgrade the suspension at both ends with Fox stuff. Awesome bikes for the money for sure!

I also have a Roscoe 7. A month ago I bought a polygon T7. It’s really nice and I got a great deal $1700 delivered! Your Trek does look good. Enjoy it

If you had to pick one, t7 or roscoe? I've been looking at both to get into trail riding.

@@QuetherV it depends on the trails that you plan to ride. If they aren’t too aggressive I’d stick with the Roscoe. A hard tail is less maintenance too

@@a.k.vollmer5200 I've been riding greenways mostly on my Dual Sport 3....traded my marlin 5 for the DS3 but I'm really wanting a good trail bike as well

That has been my dream bike since I started mtn biking, especially now with that gen. I'm bike poor but if I could talk my brother or riding buddy into one 😉. I hope it will be trouble free for you.

Have top fuel 8 2022, but its weight around 15kg is insane heavy. Thinking about selling it, sadly 😞 Goin uphill on 15kg bike is experience what you really dont like.

@danielstormy3660 the weight is the one downside I've been finding. The new 4th gen was just released. Supposedly they've shed some weight
