In this episode we take a rest from the bikes to go trekking in the Langtang Valley, Nepal with our friend Sara from Spain - and with our amazing guide Bibek and porter Lhakpa from Eco Tourism Adventure (Kathmandu). Along the way we see yaks, langur monkeys, and Himalayan tar - and we experience what it's like to struggle for air at high altitude!
