What would happen if I buy TR-80 for 55mm gap, once I remove existing steel finger expansion joint to fix new TR-80 & found gap more than 55mm? Can I adjust TR-80 at site for 70mm gap?

Is this Expansion joint possible for single lane Bridge? How long I stop the vehicle for concrete curing after fixing TR-80?

Thank you for the useful video. What did you fill the gap between the Ascon and the expansion joint? Is it a non-shrink mortar or something else?
