Jalen carter is overrated and overhyped...he has more penalties than sacks...he gets manhandled and pushed around alot...its one of the reasons we can't stop the run and we can't generate a pass rush...before this dude arrived we set a nfl record for sacks in a season with over 70...since he's been here were in the middle of the pack and our run defense is terrible....this dude is albert haynesworth
