I went to all four concerts, with friends from Patrice Lumumba University. Police prohibited us dancing. At one point the security removed me out min 28. TwoUB40 staff came out very angry. Told the security I was one of them. I went back again. Minute 28 you can clearly hear vocalist Astro screaming on them (let the man dance, what’s wrong with you). Ali Campbell asked me to come up and handed me the microphone. I spoke briefly asking the security to allow people to dance. Oh what days! Ahmed/

I was on holiday in Russia just before UB40 did their tour and a lot of the stuff which is shown in the film was part of the standard Russian tourist circuit. I stayed in the same hotel in Moscow (you didn't have a choice - hotel rooms were allocated by the state tourist board called Intourist) and I had to laugh at the way you had to book a phone call hours in advance. I love the way they manage to show how basic things were - just look at the funfair - and the way they make things up when they didn't know the names of the places (e.g. Icerincksky Stadium). A very underrated band who committed suicide when they could have continued making great music.

There still making music lol 50 odd years later UB40 have been making music since 1975!!! The tragic loss of Astro Terrence Wilson also Brian travers hit hard but remember none of them spoke Russian and were the first reggae band to play in the USSR. making history.🎉🎉🎉 I am from the UK and met 2 Russian boys at a event they had no clue the name of the DJs or the club it's all about enjoying the music is it not
