ingredients:
1 cup TVP textured vegetable protein ( cooked)
250 grams. ground pork
3 tsp salt
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp ground black pepper
minced garlic
minced onion
white onion minced
carrot
potato
red bell pepper
spring onion
2 eggs
lumpia wrapper
oil for frying .
deep fry until cook and golden brown. Control flame 🔥.
USE mesh strainer. DO NOT USE paper towel to drain excess oils
SERVE while still HOT! SO yummy & crunchy.
the best to dip to catsup / sweet and sour sauce or vinegar with garlic.
to seal edges I used cornstarch cooked with water to make paste.
