Carbonara is not creamy --it consists of pancetta, parsley, peas, egg, lemon. This looks like a delicious Alfredo and delicious.

You have to understand that the Italians are very proud about their food, which they really can, and that the names the different recipes have are there for a reason. If you say Carbonara, you must deliver carbonara and not ad anything and also not forget any ingredient or it is another recipe and therefor no carbonara. What you can do though, is to say that your Philipino recipe is "inspired by Italian carbonara"...or you call your recipe "Philiponara" or something like that. Keep on the good cooking! Make a smile ;-)

Boiled Noodles should be toss in creamy sauce thus using egg to make sauce thicker is much better carbonara kasi dapat thick sauce intack sya sa noodles nakakapit and di masyado sa tubig. Anyways mukang masarap sya . Keep it up .

Famous recipes it’s illegal to change. You might not know that of you favorite foods are actually protected bay laws and regulations put in place to i sure there quality and authenticity. From caviar and beef to the humble potato,these some of the most famous yet uprising examples. When someone writes a song, gives it a name, and people know it according to its title, another person cannot say they are going to sing that song and then sing something different even if they say it is "their version" of the song for it is a false statement and a lie that insults the original author of the piece. The same is true with recipes. Call them what they are, and if you did not create and therefore name the dish, you have no right to use the name to describe something you are cooking and say it is a known dish when it is

they need to stop calling it carbora. but i don't think they get that Idea that they are insulting the recipe itself. just say white sauce or whatever. I'm a Filipino but i totally get what is carbonara and felt that i had insult people. Just imagine foreigner cooking adobo without soy sauce and vinegar. how will you feel about that? respect begets respect. if you want other countries to respect how good cook you are then you should be a good example of how respectful cook you are.

@@sweetMALDITA07 just because adobo uses vinegar and soy sauce, doesnt means it is the real adobo, foreigners like italians can make their own bastardized version of adobo (they can put any condiments here, from wine to cheese) and no filipinos would triggered just like them.
