This recipe is trending now on Tiktok because of the gooey and fudgy appearance of this dessert. It is called Chocomelt Cookies or Messy Cookies. The cookies are place in a jar and then poured with luscious melted chocolate. If you are a cookie and chocolate lover surely you will enjoy this dessert! The recipe is so simple you can use your own cookie and chocolate sauce recipe or create your own twist to make it more exceptional.
Chocolate Chip Cookies:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted margarine/butter, softened at room temp.
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups chocolate chunks(semi-sweet)
Cadbury Milk Chocolate sauce:
500g Cadbury Milk Chocolates
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk(more if preferred)
Red Velvet Cookies:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder(less if preferred)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted margarine/butter, softened at room temp.
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp red food color
chocolate chips for toppings
Cream Cheese White Chocolate Sauce:
250g white chocolate, chopped
1 cup evaporated milk(more if preferred)
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened at room temp.
