For those who wonder, BTS DID NOT LIP SYNCED. @2:55 the mic failed on the rapper and you could barely hear his voice. BTS is used to doing 2 hours of concert fully dancing and singing live. May come as a surprise for those who stan artists with low stamina but this little performance right here did not cost them that much effort at all.

I agree, they didn't lip sync. There was definitely a back track, and i suspect they had to turn it up because of the noise from the audience. But the mic went out a couple of times and it was clear they were singing. I mean, depending on how tired they are there are definitely times where the back track is the only thing that saves the audio quality. I sang for 8 years and i can't imaging having to dance like on one of the days where my voice wasn't working well. Even with how much they practice, that routine is tiring. They need a little bit of backtrack so that they can catch their breath.

That's the thing though. You have a lot of training in singing (I presume), but do you also train for cardio aka dance practice 6 - 8 hours a day for years like BTS did? They are specifically trained to deliver vocals while doing high energy choreography. Here is another DNA performance without MR kzbin.info/www/bejne/ioCcdXV9d6xlaKM . It is not studio perfect but their voice is very steady, loud and clear. And that was even when they had to do multiple recordings + no sleep or rest for 24 hours. BTS only had to do one performance at the AMAs with multiple rehearsals so delivering quality audio should not be a problem. Yeah, my heart was beating fast when Chainsmokers introduce BTS! I was crying when I'm watching our boys performing awhile ago! And I'm crying again now and I can't stop coz BTS killed the stage! For all of you out there who tought bts cant sing for life, listen carefully. If AMAs did their job right and give the boys a PERFECTLY FUNCTIONAL mic, all of this wouldnt happened. The mic malfunctioned and their voices were on such low volume the backtrack covers them.

Wow! I've been following you for years before I learned about BTS . I am glad you have done a reaction of their recent AMA performance. I am one of their fans and I really like them and their music. They're the best boy band so far, coming from a fan who has been from a different generation of pop boy bands starting from Menudo, NKOTB and NSync and then BTS.

Lol BTS did not lip sync. You poor Americans have gotten so many half assed shows by western artists that I feel sorry for you. But I'm pretty sure these boys didn't train many years before debuting to perform dancing while singing perfectly and still practices for many hours everyday, and come to the AMA's (which is huge for Kpop artists) to lip sync on stage. Like use your common sense.

Thanks EVERYONE for the Replies. I did not expect the backlash that occurred. I was speaking from a technical point of view, noting they were wearing head worn mics. I hope ALL of you saw my POSITIVE comment that I enjoyed the visuals! I had never seen nor heard of them and how they would enter then vanish to just one singer was amazing!
