At the request of many, this is how I make a Tres Leches Cake. This time, I made a Vlog version so that you can see everything I do from the beginning, even with some things that do not come out while I record. Although I have already made the recipe before, this time, in addition to the recipe for the sponge cake and the milk mixture, I include the one for the pastry cream which, to my taste, is the best filling for this dessert.

Bizcochuelo:
- 4 large eggs.
- 90 grams of sugar. (1/2 taza)
- 125 grams of All purpose flour.
*I used two 8-inch diameter molds. (20 centimeters)
Leches:
- 400 ml. of evaporated milk (one can)
- 350 ml. of cream
- 250 ml. of condensed milk (one can)
Pastry cream:
- 40 grams of sugar.
- 15 grams of Cornstarch.
- 1 large egg.
- 250 ml. of Whole milk.
- 1 tea spoon of vanila extract.
Chantilly:
- 400 ml. of Whipping cream - Chantilly.
