Too be fair, the results of telling him Brad is dead are: 1. He believed Lester and freaks out, swears to kill Michael and makes future missions needlessly harder. 2. Number 1, but attacks Lester for not telling him sooner. 3. Doesn’t believe Lester, thinks he is dragging Michael’s good name, gets mad at him, and best case scenario for Lester is that Michael comes clean (which is a big if)

Trevor's shittalk sounds good on the face, but when you consider that of the two heists he pulls, both are abject failures because he didnt bring on someone with Lester's connections and abilities for planning, it makes him look like an idiot. In Series-A funding, Trevor loses all the drugs he has us steal to a frankly obvious sting operation because he didn't have anybody who could move that level of product. During the Merryweather heist, the whole thing falls apart because Trevor got too excited about the money he'd make heisting a superweapon to consider the fact that stealing from the government basically guarantees he'd commit suicide via 6 gunshot wounds to the back before he ever spent it. Even when our Online characters don't use Lester's services for heists like Cayo, it's not cuz we don't need someone like him. It's because the heist already avails us of someone with his skill for planning (Pavel) and a basically infinite money sink in the form of Kid Madrazo getting off from spiting El Rubio.
