As someone who is from NYC, this is very true. One day I hit a pedestrian because he thought that it would be a great idea to run out into traffic against his light, and he kept on going! It all even happened in front of a cop and we just locked eyes and he went like 🤷🏻‍♂️ so I kept it moving.
