Yes you're right. I think in the USA everything seems complicated. In Europe my friend and I speaks about everything as if we've lived it while known that it's just history but realize that some people tries to repeat history to fit how they really feel from what they grew up hearing around them. By the way, yes chicken is so different in the USA. I ate it while on holiday and it taste like fresh water fish, but I don't know what American feeds it's chicken on, but it's just. Different the taste. It's so odd to me.

Sorry to hear about your panic attack. I've had those before with the anxiety. This happened around the time I found out I had kidney disease. I started feeling better after I started dialysis, before the diagnosis I would lock myself in my room and ask my oldest son to look after the other kids. That made me feel even more guilty for putting the responsibility on him. I've been able to control the anxiety through prayer, meditation and a procedure called T.M.S. Therapy. It will get better.

I've had that a lot. Comedy really helps. And praying, Jesus fixes every broken heart, calms every storm. I am evidence of that. I first prayed, then watch some comedy and now I feel great! Hang in there, you're not alone. Just like we talk about the past here in South Africa, it's so true and helps a lot if you talk about the panic attacks to someone who cares. It helps a lot. That's what I do when I pray, I just tell Jesus everything, although He already knows everything. It just helps so much, the huge weight lifted off my shoulders, and then I can enjoy comedy again.

I love Trevor! He's right, we need the conversation! It's long overdue, so many people don't want to acknowledge or talk about race. I think it would go a long way to have the conversations because the main problem is black people don't feel like they are heard.

We have a very diverse family...we have a Mexican side, a Black side and a White side. My son has always been an amazing person...when he was in 3rd grade, he was talking to a couple of his friends about his Auntie and cousins, who are Black; his friends were like, "how can you have Black family; you're White?" My son and myself are both fair skinned and his father is White...in any case, my son proceeded to inform his friends of this fact and then went into a whole lesson about how families can be an amalgamation of several different ethnicities. I was so proud of him.

Trevor, you are such a blessing to our world. I am so thankful you are able to present ideas in a light that more people are willing to hear. Sharing your world with the public can be challenging. Thank you for your willingness to do that. To touch on one point you mentioned in this video - It does seem that many Americans cannot have an open discussion without feeling vulnerable in their own opinion. It is almost as though to have a differing idea makes you an imperfect human. I so enjoy watching you in whatever format. Thank you for contributing to my world.

Chickens, at least, are not "pumped full of hormones." The ones sold in stores are a cross of two specific bloodlines of two different breeds, called the Cornish Cross. They eat all the time and grow very fast, and many would die before they reached 6 months old, from tumors, or hearts and bones that can't keep up with their weight gain, etc. I've raised the public bloodlines of that cross, and yes, they may look like they're pumped up, but it's just from breeding certain bloodlines to get that variety.
