My problem on my iPad V but not on my phone is that only about 20 of my 100 people are in my list. Inmy I phone a every thungs is working as normal with active people . My iPad hasn’t done that for the last 2 weeks. I have not done any changes on my ipad

Hey John! It sounds like there might be a sync issue between Messenger and Facebook. Ensure both apps are updated to the latest version. Also, check your privacy settings to make sure you haven’t hidden your activity status from friends or vice versa. 📌

click the ... dots found on the contacts beside search bar, click on the active status and click the reset. This really worked for me and I've been having this problem active status not showing for years PS make sure to use the pc/web when logging in ur account
