When someone sends me a video I am not able open or watch the video. It takes me back to FB but not to the link/video that was sent.

This is a great video, but it didn’t help. On Iphone, On messenger, WhatsApp, any of the meta-products it will not show my small thumbnail profile even though I have it set to a photo so no one knows it’s me, and I have to keep identifying myself and none of these things I fixed it I always update my iOS.
