I havent been on my fb in years and when I tried to get on to retrieve photos of a deceased family member my account was locked as it said someone tried to login in Pakistan. I've confirmed my identity by uploaded id but it just keeps saying its locked and bringing me in circles. I could honestly cry

i have this problem too and i think that it is from the device that you try to log. I reinstall my computer and maybe the facebook didnt recognise it after that.

Does not work! uploaded three perfect types of id, all of them failed. Supplied email, new email, new passwords, new phone numbers and nothing works. FB is just that phucked up...

I tried all these steps, it accepts my password and email address but it still wants me to do a two step login. I don't have an authentication app and the other thing it says is it sends a message to my Pc but where to my pc, that is where I am trying to open FB, The other problem is my FB name doesn't match my ID name ! Out of the blue I got an email saying I could get into my account so I clicked on the link and it comes up as invalid !
