Roy, it depends on what installers in your local community charge to install fences in general, but typically, a 6' tall Trex fence costs about $75-$85/ft including labor and materials.If you need help finding an installer, please call: 877-700-8739. Thanks.

Are the posts anchored with cement ? How far down are the posts ?
@TrexFencing4 жыл бұрын
Kathy, thanks for your question. Yes, the posts are anchored in cement. For most privacy fences in general, it's a good idea to use a 12" wide x 30" deep post hole, which means you will most likely need one and half to two bags of 80 lb post mix. Trex has post lengths in 8', 9', and 12', so you should be able to get plenty of depth for fences 8' tall or less. One note: consult your local codes to see if there are specific requirements. In most cases, municipalities require or recommend post depth to a frost line if it is applicable in an area. For more information on Trex fencing installation, visit www.yournextfence.com/resources.

Isnt it easier to set posts to height rather than cutting the tops?
@TrexFencing5 жыл бұрын
Either way works, so it is probably more dependent on experience. Vinyl installers usually lean towards setting to height because they are good at it. Since the posts are universal, meaning you can attach brackets where you need to without having to deal with routed holes, it's nice to have both options.
