Fr. But your mind is crazy and will power through. Me and my buddies tripped one night and we always did it on this dirtriad . I took 3 tabs for the first time and tripped so hard I lost reality so I wanted to leave and go back home which was only like 3 miles . Well we ended up getting pulled over otw back. My buddies had weed and they claimed it all I had was a grinder and the cops threw it out. I was tripping so fucking hard like everything literally looked like a neon colored sketchbook . They took my buddies to jail for the weed and they decided to let me go. The cops obviously assumed we were all on something and they DUI tested me 3 fucking times and still let me go. It was so nerve racking driving to the police station to get my phone cause my buddy had took mine on accident with 2 cops following me, then had to wait there and recieve my phone from the officer . Idk how we all kept it together but we did lol

And whenever they got the phone I had 3 phones to choose from and they kept morphing in his hands and I couldn't tell which one was mine, but I made a Lucky guess and still otw home kept thinking this didn't look like my phone, until I got home and charged it and seen my background lol

I have never used LSD, but I have heard that it is apparently somewhat similar to having a very vivid dream, in the sense that everything around you feels surreal and newly discovered, kinda like you experience life for the very first time. I remember that I once had a low-level lucid dream where I felt like my whole body was the actual universe itself, and I guess that this might be somewhat similar to what an LSD trip could be like.

Thanks for your replies. Yes, my general understanding of LSD is that it is a very surrealistic transition experience. I also remember watching a couple videos somewhere where some people had tried to animate a few possible LSD experiences: one of them showed brief distorsions such as the eyes on a teddy bear becoming much larger, as well as distant trees moving back and forth (almost as if they were under water) and intense colours and sounds, and another video showed a calm water stream among some rocks where various parts of the rocks got distorted and shone in different colours, and looked like something out of a fairy tale. That video made me feel almost as if the rocks were alive, and had their own souls that were speaking to me.

When he said the transitioning was the scariest thing ever on psychedelics that really hit home. Getting up from my couch and going to the bathroom is a pretty rough ordeal for me when I eat mushrooms. I could only imagine going from the quiet dark inside of a limo to the loud and noisy outside of the Oscars. I could never do that I would absolutely curl up in a ball and cry for hours.

And i ate black liqourice and that taste was intensified and lasted for like half a hour. There was also this guy who went to the bathroom and felt like he was being sucked in by the toilet. And another who felt a magnetic pull to cars, and saw pillars transform into melted bodies of flesh fused together which cried out to him in pain, begging for help.

Worst trip I had with shrooms - I felt like death was imminent and lights were flashing while time looped on my buddy drinking a glass of water. Also think I had a panic attack and I have absolutely had "flashbacks" of those bad trips where I start having derealization. However, I now know, if you are in a good mindset, surrounded by trusted people, and in a quiet place, it can /absolutley/ be a blast, and you can learn to change so many negative behaviors, or you might even see a negative experience as an inspiration, in a way. So, really, it's all up to you.

He's spot on with the transition talk. And it's one of the scarier aspects of it. When the ex and I popped lsd, we always rented a motel room and just spent the night tripping balls in there. Or later on just tripping in our apartment. And we always had the best time. Its definitely what I would recommend if you're going to do it. Dont pop it at festivals. Dont pop it if you've got stuff to do or places to go. Do it with someone you trust and be cool with just chilling in a room. I assure you laying there staring at the ceiling as it starts to melt and create shapes with a little music in the background is a very cool and adequate experience. You really dont need much to make that experience one of the best of your life. Having sex on it is out of this world. It will be noticeable that you're on it so dont do it and then have to go talk to your preacher. Your pupils will be the size of quarters. You're going to laugh, you're going to cry. You're going to feel every emotion possible. You're going to say weird things. You're not going to be able to describe things. You're going to question things. And remember that the drug has a shelf life. And what I mean by that is theres only so many times you're going to do it and you'll never touch it again. Tripped it anywhere between 10-15 times. Most beautiful experiences of my life. But I wont touch it ever again. And I never even had a bad trip. Its just that it was back then and that's when I did it and it's done. All there is to it. Oh and keep in mind, you will change from the experience. Its gauranteed. Even at a physical level. Theres rods in your brain that bend when you drop lsd, and they dont bend back. You'll also have a new perspective on life. I wouldnt tell anyone to not do it if they wanted to. It's one of the most beautiful and crazy experiences you'll ever have in life. But be careful with it. Be in a good emotional state BEFORE you take it. And have yourselves a happy little trip. Good luck.

It really is just as fun to listen to music and watch some basic lights move around on a ceiling as it is to be a festival. It can be overwhelming. I've experienced many different scenarios on lsd and chilling with a few people listening to background music is probably the best feeling.

I dropped acid two hours before an appointment with an air force recruiter. My dad kept bitching at me about it until I went and I sat there watching this airforce guy's face totally normal and listening to every word he said as the wall behind him swirled around. I kept it together for five minutes until I bust out laughing at some random thing he said. Pretty sure I got my name on a "do not recruit" list or something. Lol The meeting was downtown in the city I lived in and my friends suggested we all go down and drop acid after my meeting and walk around downtown. I said fuck it, let's just drop it now a couple hours before the meeting. You can trip anywhere if you don't give a fuck. This was 26 years ago though. I'd never do anything like that ever again.

I describe my 5 or so experiences with LSD in a similar way to you; the only addition I have, is that LSD allows you to get as close to being a 2 year old again as you possibly can. Everything has a sense of newness and wonder, which cannot be experienced once you've lived life - our life experiences program too many biases and presumptions into our brain, making something we've seen before all too familiar. Sex on LSD - just wow.

@@thehandleiwantedwasntavailable perfect comment. You're absolutely right and I didn't convey this in my comment. There really is a newness of childlike wonder attached to the experience. I havent taken lsd in 8 years now. And I really do feel it. Everything now is just the same old boring drag. I've seen it all, felt it all, and experienced it all as far as I'm concerned and life for the most part is just a routine bore until my kids arrive for our weekends together. Awesome comment thanks for sharing that. That's on point.
