The saddest part to me, is that at first, even as a longtime viewer of Nero, I thought maybe he was overreacting and being too negative on bo6. It's rare that "it's dying" content creators on KZbin aren't hyperbolic. COD is borderline unplayable. A friend of mine who just wanted to try out COD and WZ got put into lobbies with lvl 1 cheaters, 20 of the players had gold/diamond/dark aether and all of them were new players lvl 1.

@@spakentruth, ​​⁠that’s cause either all those players status’ were switched to “offline”, or Activision is tryna make players think they’re in lobbies that’re full of noobs to keep em’ from backin outta matches over and over again. it happened to me like 3, or 4, different times now. every lobby filled w unprestiged lvl 1 noobs and kill cams w gold, diamond, dark ether, nebula, dark matter, etc. camo’d guns told me i wasn’t playin in lobbies full of unprestiged lvl 1 noobs. each time the unprestiged lvl 1 noob lobby thing lasted anywhere from like 2 to 5 days.

I've been trying to tell people, MW23 is a genuinely good and fun MP experience and if you're tired of BO6 but still wanna play CoD, go back to MW23. The rest of the game, understandable, we could all tell those were a genuine afterthought but SHG cooked in MP the entire year. So many different weapons, field upgrades and equipment to experiment and use that have actual GOOD synergy rather than just doing one thing. And I beg PLEASE play more than just small map moshpit, the original maps that were made for this game are actually pretty good. This game was the first time in years I felt SBMM wasn't affecting me this year, even during peak hours I could hop on and get good matches, since I've come back to this game (and before), I've been able to go on long winstreaks and killstreaks dropping MGBs back to back without SBMM ever kicking in and giving me super sweaty lobbies. Genuinely, this game is the first CoD in a long time (first time probably tbh) I have a positive W/L.

Something that happened to me uncountable times on Destiny 2, a story from last night: lost 3 teammates on round 1 of S&D. Game went 5-6 didnt get a single teammate for the duration of the entire game. Meanwhile same enemy team loses 1 person in round 8, before I can physically pull up the leaderboard they had another person connected. Cannot make this shit up.

Most of these issues with bo6 haven't affected me, until today! Scorestreaks wouldn't work in zombies, the game was crashing via directx and the message I was getting was saying it couldn't even find the executable file for the game, wouldn't let me revive people. I mean come on!

COD HQ was a brilliant idea, guess they learned from Ghost. SR in MP rank is not tracking correctly. I had a lost game -120 SR, then checked on the lobby only -20. On that same day I was short, around 100 SR for the next rank. Stopped, closed the game, ate, and went back into the game, 30 SR short for the next rank! I have been getting invites from friends who are offline, glitch? Also a loading grey bar displayed on my screen, will pay more attention when. It's normal to see it when you first open the game.

You lose 30 SR with a 3 minute ban the first time you crash, you lose 50 SR with a 15 minute ban the second time you crash, you lose 100 SR with a 30 minute ban the third time you crash, then you lose 200 SR with a 1 hour ban the fourth time you crash. Thats the farthest I’ve ever let it go, I’ve gotten to that point like twice and it’s fucked me ranked play wise as the game thinks I’m hard stuck D3 even though I’ve won enough SR to be Iri and if not atleast high crim. I’ve lost nearly 3,000 SR from crashing. This game is bullshit

Great update Nero, as always.... Keeping it real... I need to jump back onto MW3! Was surprised how fun MW3 MP was after wanting to throw my M&K through the monitor with BO6, LOL. Diamonds to D0g$h1t! Done all I wanted to do in BO6, at least all I could tolerate. MW3 was great, honestly, one of my favorite MP's, since the golden age. Glad to hear it's still a good experience. BO6? Damn it's a chore to endure the sheer BS in that mess. Hopefully MW3 will continue to run well, until we can at least trust BO6 is playable after Season 2 drops. I won't hold my breath.

Ai bots in bo6 are good. Thats where you are mistaken. A.I. killbots are dispatched after some one rage quits to even the score. Ai bots of varrying skill levels are put in to fill lobbies. They wall hack, toss grenades into your chest from across the map. They spawn right behind you if yoir on a killstreak. They will zero in on you and leave ignore other players/bots to end your killstreak or just lower your kd. I would rather play against a lobby full of cheaters

I played B06 when it came out at my apartment. Granted my apartment doesn’t have the greatest connection but I rarely if ever lagged while playing. I went on break and came back just recently and now I’m lagging like crazy whenever I play a match. It’s insufferable

I just wanted to say not everyone is seeing crashes. I'm on PS5 and have played solo zombies every day since the event on both mine and my brothers account to level guns for warzone and I haven't seen one crash. Saved matches work perfectly fine too. So maybe crashes are happening more in other game modes or platforms.

I have friends that still glaze the hell out of bo6 and it's beyond me how they can still play it. I can't do it. They try to tell me zombies is good but I'm not buying it. It's been ruined for me ever since they changed the point system in bo4. I refuse to play anything after bo3

The point system makes more sense for the game tbf. I hated it at first but after playing a fukin lot it does make more sense for this game.

Idk if it’s still a thing but in previous cods you could set the bots names to people on your friends list. It’s not entirely the same thing I guess, but it’s in the same vein and that way years ago. Its not crazy to think they could do it in multiplayer imo

I log on only to do the daily zombies challenges, and now that I've unlocked the afterlife camo I really don't care to play much. Also the fact that bundles DO affect match making is insane, so hardly ever touch multiplayer. Last COD I'll buy.

3:07 You say the update was pushed out to stop the bleeding of the player base but I think the reason is far simpler: _Contractual obligation._ Since this is a collab event they have to release it on time or suffer legal consequences. And because they fired a good amount of people working in QA, the update releases as an unstable mess.

ive been going back to mw3 and working on the prestige camos on small map moshpit and its REALLY fun right now! Since everyone is on bo6, it feels nice to play mw3. sbmm feels lower now. it still is there for sure, but its not as intense!

Warzone definitely had bots. I was playing quads with my friends while in a discord chat, and of course I crashed out of the game. While I was rebooting COD they were saying my character was still in the game moving about and running around and shooting at random. I was able to rejoin the match in progress and my character was in a different position than where I was when the game crashed. If a content creator is able to test this it would prove that COD has the ability to use your username and character as a bot.

It makes senses if they start the 1st DLC before the game even releases. So the 2nd DLC Update release is more of a real “1st Update” for the overall game.

The ranked play game crash bans were the same in mw3 last year as well except sometimes your game would crash if you were in the firing range or editing a class prior to a ranked match loading in and boom your penalized, happened to me 3 times straight last year losing over 100sr before I realized what was causing it

At this point how do they save the game? Could they pay for new servers? Could they pay for an actual anti cheat? Could they stop SBMM/EOMM? Could the invest in devs/time to fix the bugs? The answer is NO. They won’t do anything that costs them money.

I have played every COD since the OG MW religiously, never missed a game. For the first time ever I'm taking a break from COD to try other games. The Squid Game event definitely put me over the edge, but I just couldn't handle feeling like I was being actively screwed over and manipulated every time I launch the game. I hope to see BO6 grow to the same levels of fun that MW3 is to play right now.
