I'm not against the new handheld camera style - but the angle is too similar to the tripod shots and the whips back and forth are too aggressive. I think it can work though if it's changed a bit?

Trey I know SO MANY MEN who swore they'd stay "north" and then they were all up in her Mexico for the actual moment. My own husband included. He was sooooo nervous and then in the moment he snapped into coach mode and was super helpful

Hell yes Buc-ee’s is our stop if you happen to live close to one! Their gas IS cheaper, so are the drinks, they have specialty cult food items, their brisket is true Texas brisket, and the kolaches?! Not to mention the cleanest bathrooms, and cute merch. We are on tour 3/4 of the year in a bus, and seeing a Buc-ee’s after miles upon miles is like seeing heaven 😇

Jake, I feel seen when you discussed QuikTrip! And there are Kum 'N Gos in Tulsa too. Plus, I miss the old Git 'N Gos in Tulsa as well. They converted those to Sinclair Gas/Fiesta Mart stations. Glad you brought it up! Trey, Tulsan now living in Oklahoma City here!! There will be a QuikTrip built off of I-35 near Frontier City this year in Oklahoma City and one in Moore. The story you gave no longer exists because the family who owned the franchise of 7Eleven stores in the OKC metro area, the Brown family, retired and sold it back to 7Eleven corporate. The agreement between the two owners of 7Eleven in OKC and QuikTrip in Tulsa is null because of the rumored "gentleman's agreement" that QuikTrip would not impede on the Brown family's business due to the Browns giving valuable advice to help QuikTrip start and later succeed. Also, the 7Elevens have upgraded their stores to compete with OnCues (you know those since it's headquartered out of Stillwater), the now Casey's gas stations (formerly Circle K), and QuikTrip. Proof of the new 7Eleven stores are on Memorial (north of the Kilpatrick Turnpike) off I-35 with one located on each side of the highway. Near all the car dealerships in Edmond. Also, research why 7Eleven gas stations play classical music outside their buildings. If you go to NW 23rd and Penn in OKC, you can see it in action.

I am sure this has been brought up before, but it hit me when Trey talked about if Jake went by Jacob and then I remembered that he is marrying a woman named Rachel. Y’all are a Bible couple. Abraham’s grandson. Jake, does Rachel have an older, unmarried sister named Leah who has “weak eyes” because you’ll want to be careful on the wedding day that her dad may pull a switch on you. Have Rachel try taking prenatal vitamins! It’s just a multivitamin with extra stuff for a baby. And if you don’t have the baby, it’s still fine! But that helps a lot with hair growth!

Im still pretty new to Texas (got married, moved here late Sept 2022) and I live about 30 mins from a Buccees. I’ve been at least 5-6 times and two of those times were because family came to visit and wanted to see it. It’s definitely not somewhere I’m going to drive to to SPECIFICALLY get gas lol it’s just too far for that for me. If it was closer, not even sure if I would do it for that reason.

In Tennessee… we have buccees pretty close, and there are people that go there in groups as a fun outing 🤣 and I have a friend who does live close and does get gas there bc it’s the cheapest out of the others surrounding her…mostly touristy, though.
