This was one of my favorite episodes you guys have ever done! Everyone just seemed like they were in a silly, goofy mood today 😅. Strange childhood cereal memory- sometimes my mom would accidentally buy regular corn flakes instead of frosted flakes, so we'd take straight up sugar and sprinkle it on top... I still remember the layer of sugar sand at the bottom of the bowl. Also, Jake I love you but you're crazy- cinnamon toast crunch is the best!

As a fellow southerner I also was raised to say ma’am and sir to my parents, as well as other adults. I also referred to other adults and Mr. or Mrs. [Last Name]. Now as a 38 year old I still refer to people as Mr. or Mrs. I even tend to say ma’am or sir to people younger than me, even kids.

Derek, I knew Calamity Jane. I was laughing at the disbelief in your voice when you asked "you don't know who Calamity Jane is??"
@shelby_parker2 жыл бұрын
Katie, I have the EXACT same fear!!! My voice is notoriously quiet and from a certain pitch, my voice cracks too. I honestly don't know if I could scream loud enough in an emergency situation either.

First dibs... you guys! Listening to remainder of recent Smartless podcast on my way home this morning put me in a great mood... it was SO good. So, I'm really looking forward to starting my day having a sit down with y'all. Everyone else - Grace and Mamrie, Vanessa and Jonah, Rhett and Link on EB (and various Mythical pods), Hysteria (and a bunch of other Crooked Media stuff), Pete Holmes, new-to-the-line-up Lee and Delman - will need to wait their turns. Happy New Year.

*Oh my goodness, I am SO GUILTY of the baby eating thing! Well, not literally eating babies lol, but I say that to people! The weird thing is I don’t even know why I say that! Thinking about it, it really is such an odd thing to say* 😅

Jake I respectfully disagree about Cinnamon Toast Crunch BUT if you like Golden Grahams, make rice krispy treats and substitute it with those & it’ll change your life 🤌🏽

From swimsuit interviews to suicide cereal bowls this was a great episode. Fav was the strict parent conversation! I can still remember the feeling of my mom's fingernails scraping the inside of my mouth as she washed it out with soap 😇.

GOLDEN GRAMS ARE WAY BETTER THAN CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH!!!! Trey, I’m telling you, listen to Jake and eat a bowl of Golden Grams! Trey and Katie… get myQ a wireless garage opener!! It’s like $30 bucks on Amazon and SO easy to set up and use! Everything’s on your phone so you don’t need a key at all! And then u can share access with ur rents and stuff in case of an emergency. I don’t get any commission off this comment it’s just changed my life
