Tri Tip cooked like a brisket

Great cook. I love tritip but have yet to smoke it brisket style. Might be my next cook.

tri tip is a steak cut and should be treated as such. you should be banished from cooking a tri tip ever again for abusing it like this.

I'll gladly accept your judgement and opinion, however you might ask your Butcher if you're statement is true. Either way it's a great cut and more versatile that most people think.

Your company is filling up the woodchunk bags only 1/3. Congrats on going out of business. If your going to charge $8 for a bag of wood at least fill it up. Been buying Papa's for years and now you have lost my business becauee ive noticed you raising prices and skimping more and more. You should be ashamed. Good luck going out of business!
