I am not Completely sure how MS affects your playing, but I have mobility, pain, range and steadiness issues in my hands and arms from arthritis. Learning triads and how to play in more compact areas on the fretboard has helped my guitar journey immensely. Keep rocking man! Edited to say I just found your channel and I am a Christian also! Good stuff! I don't know why I never tried this. Just been recently doing something similar. Play as many chord voicings I can for each chord in major and minor and when time permits, find a scale within each chord

I really enjoyed a similar lesson you did 'how to instantly open up the fretboard' that taught me how to take a two string scale pattern and move it diagonally across octaves, that was equally groundbreaking in helping me break out of the 1-position box. I feel like this is part two of that lesson! 🤔It would be great to see this concept combined with that to show how it can tie together the ascending chords with the scales. 😮 🌞 You rock, my brother. 👊 Fist bumps and ☮️

Amazing how, once you've learned the patterns, it all becomes so natural to play. I no longer feel the need to play the E minor chord that I was taught when I first grabbed a guitar, now I play the triad and its inversions depending on what sounds better

Can you do a break down of nugents playing. Some may not be excited about his playing but he is way more than what people think of his riffs and licks...many many guys can play eddie almost note for note but i have never seen anyone that can really play teds stuff correctly and his vibe. The only guy i have ever heard is paul gilbert
