@@TugaThings, no, you are mistaken. Gonzalo did not expose any military position of Ukrainian militants, because he was a peaceful novelist. He was killed by unproper treatment in Ukrainian prison, but Ukrainian authorities told that he dead in Ukrainian prison from pneumonia.

If there are less than 1% acquittals, as the reporter says, and I've read the same elsewhere (less than 3% according to BBC), that means there is no law. When there is an objective law, then the acquittal rate is much higher. People is wrongly accused every day and this clarified in an objective court of law. Their job is to find the guilty part, and not just put away everyone.
