@Blah Blah James was using a DHR2. Assegai/DHR2 is probably the most common tire combo you will see in the PNW and BC. Hunter was using Michelin Wild enduros, but his borrowed front wheel looked to have an Assegai. Ryan used to use Wild Enduros, not sure if he still does, I thought I saw an assegai up front on his bike.

Great vid - James seems like the kinda’ guy to have showing you the way when the “OMFG” factor is high. I’ve ridden past the exits for most of those trails many times, and can confidently say that I will never ride any of them (the older you get, the higher the self-preservation instinct, and the longer it takes to recover from injury). But the great thing about Squamish is that anybody can find trails that suit their level of riding, and that you can truly ride for days.

Rode Squamish(ish) for the first time last week, went full send with a Disneyland heli drop. Holy. Smokes. Can really appreciate the comments at the end about how Squamish riding is at another level.

@@mrvwbug4423 it seems that the gap between the seatpost and the link it’s smaller ,but some people already put that question and Ryan never answer ahahah

@@pbls43 I'm not sure on the carbon version of the cascade link it does not increase travel unlike the alloy version which takes the AF up to 151 travel. I run the link on my Ripmo AF and it's a gamechanger on the Ripmo.,

Hey Ryan- do you love your Ripmo? How tall are you and what size bike is it? I demoed the L and XL today and feel pretty between sizes. Looks like you might have a shorter stem on there which is what I’d need for the XL, but am leaning that way. You definitely seem to climb it very well! I’m just not sure it’s the perfect bike for me at this point, although I’m moving to Seattle soon and figure getting a head start with the heavy bike could help me acclimate. Wish I had some trails like this a little closer!!

Im not sure if you're aware @theloamranger , but I think the lack of engagement on this so far is people having problems playing your video. It certainly isnt working for me. It's just perpetually buffering.(Same thing on Matt Jones latest video) Might be YT having a technical problem.
