Trial Dates Set for Florida Rapper Julio Foolio Murder Suspects

Rashad Murphy, 30, Isaiah Chance, 21, Sean Gathright, 18, and Alicia Andrews, 21, the suspects accused of murdering Florida rapper Julio Foolio, all appeared in court for the first time on Wednesday. The court went over possible trial dates for the suspects, some may be facing the death penalty. It was also revealed that Andrews is currently pregnant with a February due date. The fifth suspect, Rashad's cousin Davion Murphy, is still on the loose.

If anything, the State has the resources to get to trial in January, if they need to. This defense attorney, on the other hand, how is she gonna do all of this work by January 6? If you notice, the other three attorneys waived speedy trial. And they are the ones with criminal and death penalty experience. This lady is a personal injury lawyer. Listen to attorney Gonzalez. He is a seasoned, death penalty qualified attorney. He’s an excellent attorney.
