Don't listen to bullshit like above, at the very least on social media comments. It took me the better part of two years to get better, some take way longer than that. Just stick it out. Nothing might make sense many times. But hold on. Talk to people you care about and be with them or anyone in general. Not socialising was one of my biggest mistakes during those times though it helped a bit too, in realigning myself. Exercise if you can, increase the duration gradually. There's a lot that can be done in this world and you may prove to be an extremely useful contributor to its wonders in your own way. All the best. Believe.
