Actually the toenails comment made sense, as no avid Runner's keep long uncut toenails and jog with no socks on. She ruined her point by pointing out the dirt, which was unnecessary and in very poor taste.
@Sparrowdean2 жыл бұрын
@@TisEYEthe1 It's irrelevant as to whether or not he was an avid runner, the fact is, on the day he was murdered, he went for a run and the murderers said they saw him running. In any case, various people testified that he enjoyed running. Furthermore, given that Robbie Bryan said he ran him off the run into a ditch and he had to run back into the ditch several times to avoid being hit by his truck, it's hardly surprising that his toenails might be dirty. It was stated by Hogue's fellow defence attorney that she mentioned the toenails because it could have been an indication of Mr Arbery's mental state, but even that explanation is irrelevant and had no bearing on why he was murdered.

He let Roddie do stupid incriminating interviews, he said on TV that Roddie was just a witness as if he wasn't even aware that Roddie had already admitted on video that he used his truck to help block Ahmaud in. This Attorney's only hope was to call for a million Mistrials, and even that failed horribly.

It’s racist to demand that Black visitors sitting with the family of the murdered Black man should be made to “disappear” because these guests might influence the jury. It doesn’t matter that the Black person sitting with the family is Jesse Jackson or someone else. It’s chilling that this “disappearing” was acceptable. It’s a racist slap in the face to the dead man’s family.

What is Geoff talking about? Protective grounds? Protective from who? He's such an A hole. He made the jurors and the judge dislike him with his racist remarks and demands. I believe he forgot he was no longer in the not too distant past when Black people were overlooked and mistreated by the law. It still happens now but this particular case is impossible to acquit. If he is doing this to use in an appeal, it most definitely won't work because what judge will rule that the presence of certain Black people was relevant in determining the guilt or innocence of the defendants? That would be the same as what Geoff is trying to do in this trial. I would hope the appellant judges know the law.
