that was awesome . First because you are so professional at your work but mill grain with power ! I am a retired jeweler and have never seen that . Great results on the procedure . The triangle shape is great for many situations . When working in the seventies at a primarily repair shop this setting was often seen in vintage pieces . Well done video , thanx

I have a small electric engraver around here somewhere. Once I find it I'll convert it from battery to plug in, then I'll make or buy (buy) those nibs(?). I have engraving experience and can do calligraphy. Can you Imagine how pretty a calligraphed saying or name would be? I can then learn to do this setting method. You are a great teacher, thank you!

@nikukyu2001 I didn't realize you were asking about the milgrain wheel, my apologies). It is on our website (#64-531 to #64-545). Unfortunately, we do not carry them as an attachment to the GraverMax.(Customers have altered the handheld milgrain wheels to fit the GraverMax).

Nice work, and a nice demo. Who handles the inline millgrain tools that will work in the air gravers? The hand ones I have all have offset tips so my gravermeister isn't driving the wheel straight into the work, but I love how clean yours turned out with one pass. Thanks!

I would love to know this too. Also the miligrain tool. I have looked and all I see are manual ones, not ones to use on a piston type handpiece. I would love to get one of these.

He never answered did he. :( I also want to know what type of gravers he used. It looks like he used three different ones plus the milgrain
@jrgmty76856 жыл бұрын
@@MABO07 They must be the Grs compatible gravers and tools. It looks so much easier these days. I never use those tools. No special rotating clamps, no vibrating tools. It was all done by hand strength

What are those blade blades and that machine that allows cutting and marking the metal in that way? Como se llaman esas cuchillas y esa maquina que permite cortar y marcar de esa forma el metal?
@Ifidreamitidoit35666 жыл бұрын
What is the tool used to carve the metal in the beginning please?I have tried using just a graver and handle but I am unable to lift and remove the metal (Sterling silver) and only end up scraping the metal.I don't have much strength so maybe that's the reason?Should it require good stretch to push the graver?Thanks
