Utilize this pressure pass to escape a triangle choke attempt and get to side control. By applying pressure on their hip with your knee while also twisting your body a bit, it puts a lot of strain on your opponents hips/feet, therefore causing them to release the triangle. Be sure to pass immediately off of this once the grip breaks.
